I want to thank you for the excellent customer service i received from your company. Rod came out to my home this morning and took care of my furnace issue. More importantly, he showed the kind of friendliness and customer support that I strive to provide at my company. Thanks again to all that provide the service that I receive.
Having been previously taken advantage of by dishonest contractors and home imrovement businesses, we approached choosing an HVAC company very cautiously. When our heat pump gave out and we knew we'd be purchasing a whole new system, we went to Angie's List and chose 4 different companies from which to get estimates. Daniel from Fire and Ice thoroughly went through every step in the process and made us feel very comfortable. They were not the least expensive, more in the middle in term of price. But, the quality of product offered, along with the warraties and service agreement offered made us feel comfortable in going with them.
The Fire and Ice team showed up early in the morning and wrapped up by med afternoon. I fully expected for them to have to take over my household, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quietness and efficiency of their work. My two year was even able to nap through it all. The team was very helpful and respectful. Quite a change from what I was used to. In the end, my family has a new electric heating system that we are very happy with and look forward to working with Fire and Ice in he future.
I recently had my complete Heat Pump and Electric furnace (indoor unit and outdoor unit) system replaced by Fire & Ice Heating & A/C. The process started with their representative Daniel, who after going over my issues with the old system and comfort concerns recommended a TRANE High Efficiency system. Daniel showed extensive knowledge and skill when it came to the equipment and installation. He took many measurements and answered my questions truthfully regarding the installation process. After comparing Fire & Ice's quote with several other reputable companies in the area I decided to have them do the work. The installation crew took extra care upon arrival to put down drop clothes to protect my home. I really appreciated this as I always keep my home quite clean and neat. The job was completed in one day even though the furnace was an irregular horizontal
attic installation. The guys replace all associated components of the system as well (new thermostat, drain lines, copper lines, sheet metal, electrical...) So far the equipment is working wonderfully and I look forward to many more years to come.
There was a small issue pertaining to how the system was financed. Scott the owner got involved and shortly thereafter the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall the system works great, and I am pleased with the company. I would recommend this company to anybody. This company does what it takes to achieve customer satisfaction.
Highly recommend for anyone needing repairs or upgrade. After Fire and Ice was willing to match the price of the local home repair sore I was sold. I was worried about how long it would take to recover the cost of a new AC unit until my cooling bills were over $100 cheaper for the last 3 months over last year. Now I can't wait for winter to see how well the furnace will do. The install took much longer than expected but I view this as a positive. There was some unique challenges with my install that another company might have rushed through to get out quickly. Instead I was asked several times if they could continue to work or if I wanted them to come back. It was nice, I had the control over the decision. I have had nothing but great results with my install and would recommend to anyone looking for a new install, repair an old unit or just doing yearly check up.
What impressed me most about Fire and Ice was their interest in getting the best possible performance from my existing equipment and the knowledge to make it happen at an affordable price. The on-site technicians made me feel like they were there to provide solutions, not pick up a check. I highly recommend Fire and Ice.
Fire and Ice heating and cooling is my first choice for installation and tune-ups. The quality of work is second to none and the price was great!!!
Fire and Ice is an excellent company because of their quality products and excellent service. We had a Trane high efficiency furnace installed about two years ago and it has saved us hundreds of dollars in our heating bills! They really do live up to their commitment to make the customer the #1 priority. I definitely recommend Fire and Ice!
