How much would we charge to come out and look at a furnace or a/c when it is not working?
There is an $89 diagnostic charge for Fire & Ice to come out and determine the exact cause of the issue.
Will you match competitor pricing?
Unfortunately, we do not price match. We go by a standard flat rate set pricing.
How soon can a technician come out for service? After hours costs?
We can usually have a technician out same day. After hours costs are $133.50 for after 6pm Monday through Saturday, Sundays and Holiday calls are $178.
How much is a tune up?
A 17-point inspection, safety check and cleaning is $119.
Can you quote or call me back and give me a ballpark on a repair or replace, I am just price shopping?
We are unable to give any prices over the phone; we can send one of our trained technicians out to perform a diagnostic. If you are interested in replacing your system or just installing new, we would request a trained Comfort Consultant out to your home in order to conduct a proper load calculation and give a free no obligation estimate.
Do you charge a flat rate price or is it based off the hour?
There is a flat rate price for all repairs. We do not charge by the hour or the job. The technician will be happy to go over the exact cost to complete your repair based off of what needs to be completed.
What brands of equipment do you work on?
At Fire & Ice we diagnose and repair all brands of equipment and we only install Trane brand equipment.
